The first thing you should know is that I seek to build a long-term relationship with clients... I'd like you to have the feeling that my team is your team and that you can call us in for every listing, big or small, fancy or utilitarian.

In light of that, the second thing you should know is that my prices are flat rate and don't depend on the size of the house. So, in a larger house or one with more details, we work a bit harder capturing the home. But, in a smaller home, it takes less time. So, over the course of all your shoots with my team, we both win at some point. I'm not about nickel and diming. I'm always happy to give you a quote for the work and will keep you updated if things change due to changes in your order.

I've also got a great Loyalty Program I call my Flashback Loyalty Program. Work with me and you're already registered. Details can be found on my Pricing Sheet. One detail I'll let you in on here... I don't own you. My goal is to keep you coming back to me for the high quality products and the great service. But, there may be times when you choose to use someone else. In that case, your loyalty points don't disappear. I'll welcome you back for your next shoot with open arms and we will pick up where we left off.
